Haji khuda Bakhsh was born in Kalabagh Distric Mianwali Punjab, Pakistan. Haji Khuda Bakhsh completetd his early education from Kalabagh Mianwali, Pakistan. He received a Bachelor's degree from Forman Christian College ( FC College ), Lahore, Pakistan.
